This is a dataportal ticket.
Generally we may want to implement additional name relationships. E.g. "has original spelling" is usually displayed like "Aus bus 'buus'". Maybe we need a cache strategy for this. Ask users if there are other rules like this for other relationships. => Original spellings are already handled in the TaxonName.fullTitleCache cache strategy now, the missing orig. spelling in dataportal is handled in #7781
The usage of footnotes is discussed here #4177#note-3 and #4177#note-4.
The correct formatting of "is misspelling for" in synonymy is discussed here: #6523
Also we have advanced taxon name pages now showing all relevant name information. These could be linked in footnotes or with direct links (icons) behind if further information is available or always.
