Deselected menu items are not reactivated in navigator

noch ein Problem. Wenn ich ein Multiselect auf Taxa im Navigator mache wird das Set for Subtree Menü disabled, was Sinn machen mag, solange die Methoden nicht mit mehreren Roots funktionieren (ich weiß gar nicht, ob das so ist).
Das primäre Problem ist aber, dass danach auch bei single select, das Menü überhaupt nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Es hilft dann nur TaxEditor Neustart, nicht einmal Navigator Reopen.
Das sollten wir fixen.
the problem seems to be that the menu items are submenu items of "edit subtree" and when for all menu items visibilitiy is set to false because of the multiselect, the menu "edit subtree" is disabled/not visible as well.
If the menu is not visible the canExecute methods of the menu items are not called anymore and can't enable the visibility of the menu again.
Therefore the menu items are only disabled/enabled.
