TaxonNamePopEditor: name part field visibility not correct for all ranks

Description
[henning]
I checked the complete list. With some ranks (mostly not relevant for PhycoBank, I have problems).
"species aggegate" should also have an additional uninominal (to link it to a given genus).
"species group" should also have an additional uninominal (to link it to a given genus).
"candidate" is not relevant to PhycoBank, but I would expect that 99-100% of candidates in bacteriology will be a species -> delete "infraspecific epithet" there.
"unknown rank": I would suggest to offer just a "uninominal" because if there are genus and one epithet it should be a species, if it is unknown infraspecific, we have an own entry.

is there a rank which is highly relevant for phycobank for which this issue needs to be fixed immediately?
"unknown rank" as uninominal might be important. The others are not in use and not expected to use.
Why is it "unknown rank" and not "unranked". The other vague rank terms are labled "unranked infraspecific" and "unranked infrageneric"?
"unranked" is fine as long it points to an uninominal.

done!
For the rank "unknown rank" only the uninomial field is shown
For the remaining tasks formulated in the description we need to create new tickets
For rank "unknown rank" only the uninomial field is shown. Correct.
