feature request #6547
Implement excluded and unplaced in taxon navigator
They should both be put to the end (first unplaced then excluded) (maybe this exists already) and should be visualized with an according icon.
Alternatively we could group them under virtual tree nodes labeled "excluded" and "unplaced". This is how excluded and unplaced ("incertis sedis") were handled as long as the flag did not yet exist.
Also this ticket might be related to a ticket (exists?) which discusses if we should handle TaxonNode instead of Taxon in Name Editor.
sort also taxon node uuid for rank and name for getTaxonNodeUuidAndTitleCacheOfAcceptedTaxaByClassification

exist an icon we can use for unplaced or excluded taxa?
I implemented the comparator for putting the excluded and unplaced taxa to the end.

now there is the excluded/update check in TaxonNodeByNameComparator, so the sorting works for the alphabetic order, too. The comparator is in cdmlib, for testing the server needs to be updated.
