Currently the delete name configurator for deleting taxa and names differ currently. E.g. the delete type designations default differs.

If there is not a reason for this the configurators should be synchronized.

Also we should think about using the same UI widget for both to improve recognition value. But at least the labels should be the same to improve recognition.

Probably the label should better be similar to the later config ("delete even if") as this is more self-explaining.
