The protologue section is removed/commented, please review afterwards I will remove the code completely.

The protologue section should also be removed from local and DB preferences I guess as it probably has no effect to use these preferences anymore. Maybe we could even write an update script to remove the preference from the DB preferences if it exists (I can do this, can you tell me, what the subject is for this Preference?).

Additionally we should make the new links (nom.source->external link) more prominent and always visible/not only hidden in the "more" part. But this is probably another ticket.

Maybe we could even use the above preference to show or not show the external link section. Then we don't have to delete the preference but simply use it differently. Some projects that do not link to protologues might be interested in this.

Is this implemented already? I ask to decide if we can close this ticket. If not yet implemented can it be done within this release or should we create a new ticket?
