Description

Currently the configuration is only about taxon and name attributes and there relations.

But often media are only attached to this 1 taxon so by default the media should be deleted if they are not referenced by any other object.
But the same alternatives as for deleting media directly should be added (1. never delete, 2. delete if possible, 3. force deletion()?)
