Description
- Distinguish i18n languages and common name languages (the languages used for common names and those for translations in multi-language DBs like Cuba are completely different ones therefore we should distinguish the selection of the available languages) - rename menu entries to "Multi-Language Support" and "Common Names" (instead of "Representation" and "Available Languages". Add a language list selection to the "Multi-Language Support" page
- Matching -> Reference Matching: dialog height is increased when opening this page, is this necessary? A scrollbar is available anyway. We should try to keep dialog size fix when opening pages (only user should be able to change size)

I don't know why the dialog height is not set correctly.
The language issues are implemented.

Can we still move "Available Languages" below "Multi-Language Support". That makes it clearer that these are the languages only for multi-language support
