Description

Areas of different vocabularies can not be compared for example while creating the condensed distribution string in cdmLight export (portals using the condensed distribution string should have the same problem).

This could be fixed by using the uuid instead (only if the vocabularies are different)

Additionally a warning should be added to the exportResult which contains explanations how to fix the problem (see #9985)
