Description
Identifiers like the WFO-Name-ID should be resolvable. Currently they are usually stored as simple IDs, like "wfo-0000399853". There should be a mechansim allowing to resolve them to http://www.worldfloraonline.org/taxon/wfo-0000399853
For the beginning a additional field with a pattern should be enough. The pattern could look like http://www.worldfloraonline.org/taxon/{@ID}.
