Description
If a type of a published registration has errors, this can be corrected by unlocking the record.
Problem: When a type of a published registered name is missing, it cannot be added after unlocking the record.
Feature request: Make "Type" button available, when a published registration is unlocked.
Background: Registration of a new name should be published timely, in some cases the type was not provided by a user or the data entry was postponed by the curation.
