EDIT

• After adding a new term the term which accidentally is under the cursor is focused, leaving the impression that this is the new term
• The new term is hard to find, 'cause it is named Untitled and thus hides itself quite well among the other terms starting with a "U"
• Not at least it hard to find because it is located close to the end of the term list
• Sub terms are initially hidden because the parent term node is not toggled open

Suggestions:

• name new Terms as "New Term" (the underscore will move it most probably to the top of the list)
• Set the focus on the new term
• Toggle parent terms open
