Description

see #9771

For now we only allow synchronizing term trees as this is what is needed for additivity.

The update will currently only add new terms if available. In future also terms will be updated (e.g. label, description, ...), terms will be deleted/moved, etc.

Note: CdmServerInfo.getDevServerRemoteSource() might be relevant.
