Description
If more than one vocabulary is available for the feature preference and only one of the vocabularies is changed by checking or unchecking terms and the other vocabularies are not opened, all terms are unchecked in these other vocabularies after saving.
This is because of the implementation of the CheckBoxTreeViewer, the items are only checked if they are or were visible.
Implementation idea:
Remember all checked uuids and with every update this list.

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Priority changed from New to Highest
- % Done changed from 60 to 100
For me saving taxon feature preferences works as expected, also when using >1 vocabularies. So I guess this is fully fixed.
