fixing problem with TaxonServiceImplTest which ocurred only on my machine. The test chain with lead to the error was:
mvn -Dtest=TaxonNodeServiceImplTest,TaxonServiceImplBusinessTest,TaxonServiceSearchTest,TaxonServiceImplTest test
