Merged latest trunk updates to branch

Fixed the maven dependendencies (missing version numbers, duplicate dependencies) by configuring the pom.xml files

added PolytomousKey to the meta values list, so that sourcedObj_type in the @Any annotation of the IdentifiableSource class can be resolved.
