fixing sort order problem with lucene search

introcducing NomenclaturalSortOrderBrigde

adding missing type restriction for common names

implemnting TaxonRelationshipClassBridge to also allow filtering misapplications by distribution, but run into a potential java bug which is really weired the solution i found to circumvent it is documented in TaxonServiceImpl.java

search for misapplied name implemented in findTaxaAndNamesByFullText() also adapting testdata and fixing a big bunch of problems with grouping and other freetext search features
