Description
As pointed out in #7012 "Curatorial process in the registration office" a feed back mechanism is need for the curator to be able to leave information, questions etc to the publisher and author team.
This could be done by adding curatorial annotations to the registration directly or to the TaxonName, Typification and Reference entities.
If the annotaions are added to the name, type, etc it would be helpful to provide a webservice that returns all annotations for a registration at once: /registration/{identifier}/related-annotations?annotationType={type}

we don't expect the digital publishers to respond on such curatorial annotations. So implementing such a mechanism is not worth the effort.
