Data Gathering - extended Palms data

The Palms checklist data has been output from the monocots into a TCS/RDF format. The extended dataset - descritpions, distribution, etc - as seen on the prototype now needs to be accounted for. This data is currently found largely in pdf files of publications. This milestone will cover the sourcing of this data, the format required for input into the CDM, and the methods used to convert the data between the two.
