New wizards are not finishable when no data was entered

Fixed a missing addControl() method call in TimePeriod element. Reverting half done changes in PointElement

Log4j now properly configured

Removing taxonomic code selection when editor starts for the first time. Nomenclatural Code is defined through the datasource, which make this dialog obsolete

Adding swtbot to target platform. Note: I can not run swtbot using this target platform. I does not break the platfrom per se, so I will leave it in here as a starting point for further investigation
