adding conversation.commit for refreshing list in Polytomous Key Navigator

executing commit of current session in the conversation holder when view is refreshed to make sure that the most updated list is retrieved

deleted the out commented part

• DefinedTerm is ordered as in enum (#3752)

• added sex and life stage combo to details view (#3780)

• added isPublished flag to DetailsView (fixes #3818)

• added PrimaryMediaSource as default for media source (fixes #3570)

• removed unused berlin model imports
