update on using maven under Cygwin
Fixed a typo
added instructions for configuration of settings.xml to make the deploy work
updating pom to better support maven site plugin. Please note that the id of the deployment settings has changed so you should adjust your settings.xml. As this was not used before it should not pose a big problem.
