#4408 removing occurences of fallbackAreaMarkerType in methods and renaming parameter in controller

implementing fallbackArea rule into DescriptionUtility.filterDistrubution for EuroPlusMed - #4408

• added wrapper for map service query to have access to the data points
  • used data points as parameters for the bounding box of the point distribution map

first fully working swagger doc on the cdm remote api. Model scan ist still disabled to allow faster application startup. Remote api organized in multiple swagger groups. Adding support for swagger goups to the swagger-ui. Cuostomization of the swagger-ui: branding and adding a menu to link to the swagger groups.

adaption and fixes in cdmlib-remote for #3977 (allow defining the MarkerType to filter out excluded NamedAreas from distributions)
