Adapt log4j properties in pesi and eflora to not show hibernate deprecated

reintegrate cdmlib-apps patricia into trunk
removed some xml errors from sdd file
upgrade log4j.properties and comments to hibernate4
added ant.sdd.xml as test file for import and export.
move useImport resources to palmae folder inm app-import
move arecaceae file to palmae folder
move taxonX files to palmae folder
remove palmae taxonX files from app-import to reduce size of project (left some examples)
