adding developer logging config to ide launcher

fixin project setup:

• solving maven warnings
• solving some dependency problems (itextpdf, ...)
• solving dependency probelms with jetty launcher in eclipse
• making maven jetty plugin work
• removing p6spy stuff

Correct launch config

fixed launch configuration
fixed layout problems

moved all jetty + cdmlib related stuff (except web.xml) to test

updated cdm-vaadin launch file to include test classes and jetty.xml file

added jetty launch file for cdm-vaadin
