modified the error message in dwca_export_config_form_validate to indicate the names of all views that can not be found.
added function dwca_export_config_form_validate to report an error if user has entered a view that doesn't exist.
Added strongarm function to set up the map associating file names with view names. Modified the submit function to accept view names from user input and add these to the map. (So that the user can specify which views they want in the DwC-A export).
