release v2.0
re-implementation for v2.0 mostly complete
merging from branches/drupal/cdm2.0/themes rev5665 to rev5957 into trunk
overriding last commit which included experimental settings
recent recommended changes from Palm group
Changes made to formatting of "published" data
Minor changes to new_combination and distribution blocks, in response to user comments.
