Redmine bug #9578 (Closed): Multiselect for input of distribution editor creates duplicateshttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95782021-04-01T23:00:56ZAndreas Müller
<p>if 1 record select only this record is returned</p>
<p>if 2 records are selected 1 record is duplicated</p>
<p>if 3 records are selected 1 record appears 3x onother is duplicated</p>
<p>etc. </p>
feature request #9574 (Closed): Add html tags for names in NameTypeDesignation in CdmLightExporthttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95742021-03-31T10:12:38ZKatja Luther
<p>mail:</p>
<p>noch eine Fragen, die man eventuell schnell lösen könnte (für mich recht kompliziert): Kannst Du die als Typen genannten Namen (ohne Autor) kursiv setzen (HTML)? </p>
feature request #9571 (Closed): Improve sec-formatting for taxa with webpage secundumhttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95712021-03-30T20:48:24ZAndreas Müller
<p>WGB:</p>
<p>mir ist gerade aufgefallen, dass es wohl keine solche Short-Citation (anlaog zu Autor-Nachname oder Teamnachnamen + Jahr) für Referenzen vom Typ Web Page gibt, z.B. The Plant List.
feature request #9570 (Closed): Use tagged text for NameTypeDesginations name parthttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95702021-03-30T19:01:38ZAndreas Müller
<p>... and prepare for tagged text for other type designation categories</p>
bug #9568 (Closed): TypeSpecimenEditor: Selection of a reference of an typified imagehttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95682021-03-30T08:28:02ZWolf-Henning Kusber
<p>Vaadin TypeSpecimenEditor (Test as well as production):</p>
<p>With change of the typification reference with preselected references from the typifying reference (correct), the reference of the typified image was also restricted to the same preselection.</p>
<p>Bug to be fixed: the image reference can be any reference, already available in PhycoBank or newly established.</p>

task #9567 (Closed): Unify HomotypicGroupTaxonComparator and HomotypicGroupNameComparatorhttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95672021-03-29T18:46:21ZAndreas Müller
<p>Both classes have mostly the same code so they are very redundant. HGNameComparator seems to be an adapted copy of HGTaxonComparator.</p>
bug #9566 (Closed): Handle nomenclatural standing correctly in cdmlight / sorting algorithmshttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95662021-03-29T16:58:47ZAndreas Müller
<p>This includes using the correct symbol whenenver a "name" is a designation only.</p>
<p>And sorting designations to the end in homotypicGroup sorting algorithms like HomotypicGroupTaxonComparator</p>
bug #9562 (Closed): Publish flag of field units and derived units are not handled correctlyhttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95622021-03-26T14:59:45ZKatja Luther
<p>when editing the field unit publish flag the publish flag of the derivate units are changed, too and/or not saved correctly.</p>

<p>... otherwise users may think the name does not exist yet if the nameCache is not filled correctly.</p>
<p>Currently names with empty nameCache can only be found in bulk editor.</p>
<p>The implementation may work in TaxEditor and dataportal as they seem to use the same base method.</p>
task #9558 (Closed): General tests for cdmlight exporthttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95582021-03-25T22:31:49ZAndreas Müller
<p>all tests for cdmlight export should include an exception, error and warning test.</p>
<p>Also a fullDataSample (FullCoverageData) Test should be added to avoid exceptions also after model changes.</p>

feature request #9549 (Closed): Reduce visible fields for nomenclatural source and secundum sourc...https://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95492021-03-24T10:15:33ZAndreas Müller
<p>Currently it shows the fields "type" and "description" for links and "original information", "idNamespace" and "idInSource" for the source.</p>
<p>All these fields are (currently) not required for a nomenclatural source and also not for a secundum source and therefore should not be shown in the according TaxEditor fields.</p>
<p>If possible, the "Original Spelling" should be moved below "Link(s)"</p>
