Redmine task #9567 (Closed): Unify HomotypicGroupTaxonComparator and HomotypicGroupNameComparatorhttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95672021-03-29T18:46:21ZAndreas Müller

Both classes have mostly the same code so they are very redundant. HGNameComparator seems to be an adapted copy of HGTaxonComparator.

task #9558 (Closed): General tests for cdmlight exporthttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/95582021-03-25T22:31:49ZAndreas Müller

all tests for cdmlight export should include an exception, error and warning test.

Also a fullDataSample (FullCoverageData) Test should be added to avoid exceptions also after model changes.

task #9490 (Closed): avoid rank entity in TaxonNameParts https://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/94902021-03-01T15:50:08ZAndreas Kohlbecker

task #9458 (Closed): Consider lower zoom level as defaulthttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/94582021-02-08T09:45:09ZAndreas Kohlbecker

currently the default zoom level for maps is
15

This causes two problems with occurrence maps

some maps only offer zoom levels up to 13 (e.g.: OpenTopo Map)

at high zoomlevel the maps often show too few context of the location if only one point is displayed.

task #9330 (Closed): Remove "NomenclaturalSource" from OriginalSourceTypehttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/93302020-11-25T20:24:41ZAndreas Müller

As nomenclatural sources now have there own subclass PrimaryTaxonomicSource is enough for nomenclatural sources.

Having the additional source type in the enumeration requires that this source type is always removed from source type lists (dropdowns) where it should not be an option.

Is ist in use for type designation sources? But also here it is enough to use PrimaryTaxonomicSource.

For other SingleSources the source type is not so clear but definetely it should not be NomenclaturalSource.

The only option that we could need NomenclaturalSource is that we store these sources together with the set of sources attached to e.g. IdentifiableEntity/TaxonName. But this is currently not the case.

task #9315 (Closed): Remove old single source citation and microCitation columnshttps://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/93152020-11-20T17:20:37ZAndreas Müller

Include all single sources from #6581

For nomenclatural source it may look like

//#9315 remove TaxonName.nomenclaturalSource_id
stepName = "Remove TaxonName.nomenclaturalSource_id";
tableName = "TaxonName";
String oldColumnName = "nomenclaturalSource_id";
ColumnRemover.NewInstance(stepList, stepName, tableName, oldColumnName, INCLUDE_AUDIT);
