Once the MCL migrated to CDM all functionality of the MCL dataportal should be implemented also in CDM dataportals.
Missing functionality is:
Simple Search:
* Ordering by MCL-Number
Advanced Search:
* family filter
* genus filter
* author filter
* advanced occurrence filter
However, from the MCL.mclLog table we can retrieve information which filters were really substantially used. So some of them may not need to be implemented.
Additional issues:
* How to implement family filtered search for alternative names ("Compositae"/"Asteraceae")?
* Handling of des. inval.

Also a new dataportal needs to be created and the texts from the other portal sites need to be moved to the new portal
