Implement a search similar to the `TaxonListController.doFindByNamePart()` function which allows for filtering names by ~~~ genusOrUninomial infragenericEpithet specificEpithet infraspecificEpithet authorshipCache rank ~~~ This is needed first of all for the cdm datasources.
