 The label "*Existing Media*" can be irritating since it seems as if in this case no "*Media Specimen*" is being created, as these are apparently alternative options. 

 Suggestions: 

 ---- 

 **1)** 

 * Add  
     * Media Specimen 
         * new Media 
         * existing Media 

 ---- 

 **2)** 

 * Add  
     * Media 
         * new 
         * choose existing 


 ---- 

 **3)** 

 * Add  
     * Media 
   
 And open the standard selection dialog which offers a **new** button
