Since #6794 it is possible to distinguish term collections which include duplicates (e.g. structure trees which include general structures which occur at multiple places of a plant stucture such as "hairs"). This should be supported by TaxEditor. 1. ~~make make flag editable~~ editable 2. do not allow editing the flag if duplicates exist in the collection 3. ~~if if the flag is on disallow to create a node that links to a term that already exists in the collection~~ collection 4. ~~like like 3. for drag&drop~~ drag&drop 5. ~~by by default create collections which do not allow duplicates (exceptions such as structure trees may be discussed)~~ discussed)
