It is not possible to scroll the list of checkbox items in the settings for Features, Languages Features. Tested in KDE 5.16.5 * GTK2 Themes *Breeze* and *Raleigh* * GTK3 Themes *Breeze* and *Emacs* So it seems not to be a problem with in GTK or the theme. The solution to this seems to scroll the whole preference panel instead of the checkbox list iteself. In the eclipse preferences it is throughout implemented like this.
