1. ~~Moving Moving description elements is only executed after saving while moving the whole descriptions is executed immediately. This should be handled the same way.~~ way. 2. ~~Moving descriptions element only copies the description element to the new taxon but does not remove it from the old taxon. This is not what the user expects when the operation is called "move"~~
