the spring profile still needs to be enabled by passing `-Dspring.profiles.active=remoting` to cdm-remote instances.
The `remoting` profile needs to be enabled by default.
**TODO**
* activate `remoting` profile per default in cdmlib-remote-webapp
* remove `-Dspring.profiles.active=remoting` from
* /etc/default/cdmserver files on the servers
* the documentation
