The following tasks should be done manually after final E+M import: * remaining issues from logfile * deduplicate blocking names and handle preliminary ones * handle remaining taxon relationship notes * generally check remaining notes also for technical/editorial * move "n.v." notes from taxon name to nomenclatural source (for now, all n.v. end up in name annotations but the better place are probably nom.source annotations)
