Journals sometime are published as digital issue an later on as printed issue. Both have the same title but different ISSN numbers. 1. The PagingProvider needs to allow filtering by the ISSN and ISBN field fiels 1. Implement a new CaptionGenerator which adds the ISSN and ISBN to the titleCache. This new CaptionGenerator should extend the CdmTitleCacheCaptionGenerator
