Maybe we need an "accessed" field in Reference to allow adding "accessed" information for WebPages.
Datatype will be DateTime
An argument against is that we could also use the datepublished field for this. But
* this has no time (sometimes the time is important too for accessed)
* Sometimes Websites have a published data which is not the accessed date
