In different contexts basionym relationships are not given but could be retrieved from the given name informations such as last epithet, combination author and basionym author etc.
A class that computes all basionym relationships including homotypic group merge and correct setting of synonym type would be a nice to have e.g. for imports but also for the TaxEditor and other contexts.
Open issues:
* advanced: implement for a pair of TaxonBase or for pure names
* implement in TaxEditor
