Since version 4.5 Media.description is shown in image galleries and on media pages.
Problem: a separator is missing between title and description and also on the media page it is part of the title but shouldn't.
Probably we should have the description in a new paragraph with a label in front. But we should check with existing portals like palmweb that we do not get regressions.
