Often we forget to define a secundum reference of a taxon at the very beginning or for any other reason we want to update the secundum of a whole classification branche. Therefore we need an easy way to update the secundum reference of the branch. This first needs to be implemented in the CDM Library and then we need access to the funtion in the Taxonomic Edtior. NOTE: We need a warning/callback/... if a subtaxon is also used in another classification where it should maybe keep it's secundum. In this case the user needs to define what should be done. Open issue(s): * fill UpdateResult correctly * add progress monitor
