openChange of CacheStrategy from DerivedUnitFacade to DerivedUnitDefaultCacheStrategy results in different caches for MediaSpecimen

Description
Discuss which titleCache is the correct one.
In dataportal test the titleCache of a derived unit changed from "Germany, Berlin, 2 Apr 1835 (BHUPM: 671) Naturkundemuseum Berlin (MFN)" to "BHUPM: 671" caused by the change of the cacheStrategy from DerivedUnitFacadeCacheStrategy to DerivedUnitDefaultCacheStrategy.
We have to decide which is the wanted titleCache.

The initial problem was that the facade cache strategy created a string with a tailing dot and the derived unit cache strategy without a dot at the end, this first approach was to use the derived unit cache strategy also for derived unit facades, but this yields to more problems especially in the portal tests. So we decided to implement the facade cache strategy without a dot and the complete implementation should follow in one of the next releases.
