Description

Currently the attempt to access an vaadin UI that is disabled causes a incomprehensible exception which hardly can be related to the real cause.

Instead a informative message should be shown to the user.

  • % Done changed from 50 to 100

the message dialog does not yet appear for all UIs ( e.g.: http://test.e-taxonomy.eu/cdmserver/phycobank/app/distribution#!login/distGrid )
This will change though once #9860 is solved.
By now these UIs show up in read only mode, which is acceptable as interim solution.
