open[DISCUSS] Integrate collecting areas into fieldUnit/derivedUnit titleCache (or citation)

Description
Currently collecting areas beside countries are not integrated into the citation string (titleCache) for specimens/field units.
It seems to be project dependendent if this is wanted.
In a first step we should add a configuration which allows to add them into the titleCache if wanted. In a second step we need project dependent formatting (there is a ticket for this).
