Description
Currently salvador images are stored as full images and thumbnails on the media fileserver.
We could use the rulebased thumbnail URL creation to avoid having 2 MediaRepresentations per image in the DB.
While doing so we should think about moving the images to the media server and handle them similar to images in Cichorieae and Cyprus DBs.
