Show distanceToGround on the occurrence page

Description

Currently, only "alt." is displayed.

PhycoBank enables the following parameter:

Distance to water surface (= water depth)
Distance to substrate (indicates sessile or benthic taxa)

Because these information is irrelevant for normal terrestrial plants, this information (if available) might be displayed as footnote with an index.

For distance to water surface and distance to substrate to become visible in the FieldUnit title cache the corresponding cache strategy needs to be extended. Therefore I am passing this ticket to Andreas Müller.

Is there a reason why you moved this to "Reviewed Next Major Release"?

In the ticket description it is said that the expected result is a footnote. So this is not part of the cache formatting and therefore not my task.

If the footnote idea was only a workaround and the distance to water surface should be added to the titleCache please leave an according note in the ticket and please give an example how it should be formatted.

Also it is unclear what is meant with "Distance to substrate". There is no such field in the CDM GatheringEvent. Where does this information come from and how is it handled?

Yes, it was a workaround. Reason: both parameters are relevant for algae but not for higher plants.

I overlooked this: If "Distance to substrate" was added, this would work for me.

Also it is unclear what is meant with "Distance to substrate". There is no such field in the CDM GatheringEvent. Where does this information come from and how is it handled?
The Idea was to locate an organism in the environment (not relevant to higher plants):

Distance to substrate = Om (i.e. an organism, attached to the substrate)
Distance to substrate = negative value = location in the sediment under a water body
Distance to substrate = positive value = free flowting organism, with a value of the water depth we have the exact value,
e.g. Water depth = 6 m, distance to substrate = 2 m (interpreted as planktic in the hypolimninon).

I think, that these values should not be in the FieldUnit title cache.
