We need a cache strategy for Cultivar Status (Art. 14), Group Status (Art. 15) and Grex Status (Art. 16).

There is a problem that cultivar names to not have a "parent rank" and therefore it needs to be computed which epithets are to be included. => fixed

Further problems for cultivar groups are:

  • The "Group" epithet may need translation (Art. 15.1) - alternatively the standard contraction Gp can be used for all languages
  • The "Group" epithet may be put as first or final word so it can not automatically be added (Art. 15.1) - does it really happen that "Group" is used as first word?
  • The group epithet can be used in addition to the cultivar epithet (Art. 15.3), e.g. Dracaena fragrans (Deremensis Group) ‘Christianne’ -> so we need 2 cultivar attributes, not only one. This has already been implemented like this in the Berlin Model
