Description

the maps layers provided in are still using http, this results in mixed in http content in the browser like http://b.tile.opentopomap.org/1/1/0.png

does not yet support https !!!

the correct URL for http://cybertaxonomy.org:8082/mapproxy/service is http://geo.cybertaxonomy.org/mapproxy/service an this is already configured for https, only the cert needs to be extended by the host name "geo.cybertaxonomy.org" ... in progress

on this is done, the two URL entries in openlayers_layers.js can also be hanged to https

al other URLs are none now and tested
