Description
Currently we have only move and swap operations available for implementing a recombination of a taxon.
However, usually a recombination includes a move operation, a create new name operation and a "swap" operation which makes the new name the new accepted name of the taxon and moves the old accepted taxon into the synonymy. Alternatively the new accepted name may already exist in the synonymy or at least in the database and must not be created anew.
All these operations should be encapsulated into one operation which handles also sec references and other references in the expected way.
